Refund policy
Because our items are produced in small batches, all sales are final unless noted below.
Replacement/Credit
- f your item arrives damaged or fails due to a material issue within 20 days of purchase, you’re eligible for a replacement.
- If you item(s) are damaged, we will issue a store credit or replacement in the event that item is out of stock.
- Damage caused by user error will not be eligible, such as any attempt to take apart the item.

Each item is 3D printed to order. Minor variations such as small layer lines or slight surface differences may be present—this is a normal part of the process and not cause for a replacement/credit. To maintain shape and durability, avoid prolonged exposure to high heat (such as inside hot vehicles).
Claims (How-to)
- Submit a support ticket via our Contact Us, within 7 days of delivery for items damaged on arrival (and within 20 days of purchase for material issues).
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
- Approved replacements are processed within 5-10 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- Approved Store Credits or Replacements are processed within 5 business days.
- Returns are not required unless we specifically request one.
