Refund policy

Because our items are produced in small batches, all sales are final unless noted below.

Replacement/Credit

  • f your item arrives damaged or fails due to a material issue within 20 days of purchase, you’re eligible for a replacement.
  • If you item(s) are damaged, we will issue a store credit or replacement in the event that item is out of stock.
  • Damage caused by user error will not be eligible, such as any attempt to take apart the item.
  • Each item is 3D printed to order. Minor variations such as small layer lines or slight surface differences may be present—this is a normal part of the process and not cause for a replacement/credit. To maintain shape and durability, avoid prolonged exposure to high heat (such as inside hot vehicles).

Claims (How-to)

  • Submit a support ticket via our Contact Us, within 7 days of delivery for items damaged on arrival (and within 20 days of purchase for material issues).
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • Approved replacements are processed within 5-10 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Approved Store Credits or Replacements are processed within 5 business days.
  • Returns are not required unless we specifically request one.
